Recs if you like Down Comes the Night...

in progress - taking suggestions

Basically, a huge list of every book I ever heard features sapphic / lesbian characters.

I have not read all of these, so I cannot be sure of the amount of the time on page of the sapphic characters or of the quality of the books.

Some of these I do not plan to read at all, since they are not my style. If you feel like a book doesn't belong here, let me know.

For my favs / read, check out my other lists & shelves.

Don't shoot the messenger.

books with bisexual characters (even if they end up with the opposite sex THEY'RE STILL BI)

Why deal with heterosexuality when you don't have to?

A non-comprehensive list of Queer books.

A list of vibey winter setting period fiction to read in December, across all genres. From the Classic winter ghost story to Victorian crime fiction to winter castle Gothic romances, this is the ultinate list of snow-covered gas lamps, cups of hot cocoa, sweeping Yule ballgown skirts and flowery language. Make sure to comment your Recs!

For all those who love a bit of a medical vibe, but make it fantasy, here a list of books that have a main character who is a healer 🧑‍⚕️❤️‍🩹🌱 They can have healing as a magical power, or it can be a completely non-magical learned skill, and it is not necessary for it to be the main plot point; all books with this « trope » / theme are welcome here 🫶

I haven’t read every book on this list, so please correct me if one doesn’t fit well. Book recs are always very very welcome
