If I could give this book more than 5 stars I would

I tabbed and annotated for the first time in my life and i enjoyed every second of it

I’ll be recommending this book for a long time to come

It’s the perfect mental health advocate book and it’s just outstanding

I can see how this book would be comforting and helpful for someone, however I mostly found it a bit "empty" – many small chapters with random thoughts that felt like filler, many quote-type of sayings that sound vague and cliché. It's a really personal thing though, but it just didn't evoke in me feelings of comfort the way I'm sure it could for others.

A unique, eclectic, and heartwarming jumble of thoughts and feelings that hits just right. An assured comfort for those who read it. I'd recommend this to anyone in need of an extra dose of self-acceptance or anyone just wanting to feel like the world makes sense again. :)
