If we are going to do Qwordy's the Hardest Reading Challenge You'll Ever Do 3.0 - we should probably get some Pagebound badges along the way! I'm specifically going to be adding books from Quests and readalongs that I think matches at least one of these cover prompts: craft, food, motion, biomes/landscapes, animals, weather.

Anything can be an insult if you believe it! My kid brother used to get in trouble for calling us "you...you BEAN" with all the spite his little preschool self could manage ๐ฅน

Oxford Reading List for English
Found this online - a reading list of a first year English course at Oxford University. Wanted to create this for my own enjoyment and figured someone else might like it too! I only added the fiction and poetry books and I also did not add any companions.
The last bit (from bottom up to Woolfโs Mrs Dalloway) are required reading - top half is recommended.

The Guardian's 100 Best Novels of All Time
In May 2026 the Guardian published a list of the 100 greatest novels published in English of all time. The list was created based on votes from authors, critics, and academics.
Due to an error, the list originally included The Go-Between by L.P. Hartley instead of The Stranger by Albert Camus. Both are included here, as an unofficial 101 best novels
