this is the sequel to the infinity courts.

it’s been ten months since nami was betrayed and separated from her family. she won’t stop until ophelia is taken down and she finds her family, but finding allies willing to go up against the most powerful force in the afterlife is difficult. as she tests her own power, she learns truths about who she can and can’t trust.

i read the infinity courts all the way back in 2022, but i really enjoyed it then and have been thinking about the sequel for quite some time. i’m glad i finally got to this book! there was plenty of action and drama, but also some more reflective moments in nami’s mind.

honestly, i didn’t even realize this was supposed to be a trilogy until i looked at the series page before writing this review. i hope we get that book sometime soon, because i’d love to dive back into this world one last time!

I really loved the first book in this series (and basically anything else that Bowman has written) i don't think this book is as good as the first (i wasn't as interested in the first half) but the second half really turned it around for me and I ended up really liking it
