DeadEndia: The Watcher's Test Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐.5 or (8.7/10) Characters - 9 Atmosphere - 9 Writing - 8 Plot - 9 Intrigue - 9 Logic - 8 Enjoyment - 9 This was such a good book! 💖 The characters, the art, the plot, the adventure, the chaos--everything was amazing! It was also real and I felt connected to the 3 main characters :) There wasn't a dull moment, the detail was perfect, and there was definitely a lot of mystery and surprise! I'm excited to read the sequel 👏

This graphic is a perfect mix of LGBTQ+ & neurodivergent characters, funny strange demons, a has-been actress, ghost people, and a whole bunch of other things all rolled up in a crazy theme park It was funny & weird & moving all at the same time. I couldn’t read it fast enough and was sad when I finished it.

But beyond the humor & satire was a 5 look at people who are considered “different”. The creation of a found family, of these misfits finding one another and growing together amidst not the chaos of growing up and finding one’s identity, but all during the build up of a war between angels and demons.

I can’t recommend these books enough. They are lighthearted but deep at the same time. I feel any age, any gender, or ANYONE can be better for reading these. I’m so glad I got the chance, and I can’t wait for my children to read them as well.
