This is the continuation of the story of Annie and Duke. These are short novellas but to get the story you will have to read the prior books (don't worry, they are short and it shouldn't take you that long!). Duke has moved his mother to the ranch where everyone can keep an eye on her. She takes a turn for the worse immediately after Duke allows Dakota to visit with her. Annie has left and gone to the airport, where she just happens to bump into Dalton who is leaving on a ski trip. He convinces her she needs to stay. She calls Duke and comes back home. They reunite and he lets her know that she is his calm in the storm that is his life right then. Will they be able to prove who is poisoning Duke's mom? And will they be able to stay together? Excited for the final chapter to this saga!
