The waterpark has a grand opening and Zelda, the bog witch, is awakened from an ancient slumber. The whole town has come to ride all the rides, slide the Whirly Curly slide, splash and squirt with Mr. Octopus and deep dive with Sully the Seal. Stinking and covered in sludge, Zelda makes a fuss and when security asks her to leave the massacre begins. The waterpark comes to life with wet rides that kill.
