Listened to the audiobook.
There were some really good parts, and then some parts that were not of that much use to me. But the good parts really got me going and kicked me off of the sofa and up doing stuff. So that's really good when a book makes you change yourself. The last book that did that was Marie Kondo's book about cleaning (forgot the name).
In the last third there is a lot of talk about religion and spirituality and how we should not waste our gift that were given from God. I guess that someone that is not religious would have trouble reading that part. Not because it was bad, but because it was heavy. The author lays it on thick through the whole book. And that is really good. That is what made me want to do stuff, because he was calling me out. But when religion gets into the picture it strays a bit from this whole "how to really stop procrastinating and start doing stuff".
All in all it was a good book that started of strong and then got a little bit shaky in the end. The audiobook was great to listen to. Such a talented narrator. Wanted to listen to more books he has done.
