I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
I am a big fan of this series, and this book was right up there with the rest of the series.
It’s fast paced, action packed, and a quick read. Talise is fast becoming the warrior the empire needs and wants, but it’s definitely harder for her to achieve when she doesn’t have the support of those around her.
Aaden’s presence was missed in this book, and I do really hope that we haven’t seen the last of him.
Bring on book 6, I am addicted to this series!
