Recs if you like An Enchantment of Ravens...

Standalone fantasy books that won't make you invest your life in a dozen installments

Books that include faeries, whether whimsical or scary

Let me know if you have any recommendations to add to this list!

Stories to read curled up warm and cosy while the weather is grey and stormy, blustery and bleak. Or. just when you want a fantasy that’s both dark and cozy!

These books contain little to no spice🩷 Double checked by me, fellow reviewers, & romance.io, but if there's still a mistake, please do correct! Only 1 book per author

Books in this list are in at least two quests. Thus helping to earn more badges. Books will span different genres. Once I scan through all the quests, I plan to further organize the list. I am thinking of creating a seperate list and moving the books with three or more quests to the new list and keeping the two badge books in this list. Are there other ways you would organize a list this big?

Perfect for fantasy lovers with not enough hours in the day!

Feel free to mention any I missed in the comments 😊

whimsical, meadowy, fantastical reads inspired by a @notbillnye comment on/description of Nettle by Bex Hogan

books for the barbie movie lovers

frilly men who simp. (these often end up being fae or highborn gentlemen, but don’t have to be.) …my favourite kind of love interest

Short-ish (& sometimes spicy) standalone speculative stories.

Want to get into fantasy but never read/only read a bit and don't want to read anything too complex? These books and series have light worldbuilding, magic systems, and are overall good introductions to those new to fantasy. The majority of these are more YA due to the nature of entry-level fantasy

visual artists (such as painters) in fantasy works!

🍄✨️ Educational Books To Avoid Badly Done Fairy Bargains ✨️🍄

mermaids, fairies, and anything whimsy is such fun way to spend these warmer months

Ravens/ crows on covers or in titles 🕷️ 🕸️ 🦇 These books are ones I think I will like, I have high hopes and expect top notch atmosphere! (All tbr books are on the list on probation, so the list might change after I've read and evaluated the raveness; if crow essence is to be found)

faerie books with soft love interests

the staples of the book community on youtube in the early to mid 2010s.

that are actually incredible and completely slept on

also I use fantasy lightly, there's some dystopian and sci-fi in here too :)

For everyone who loves books that make you feel like you're walking through a forest filled with fantasy, whimsy, and maybe more terrifying things. (Will continue to update)
