To getting myself off my jarring Instagram feed, turning the embarrassment at my own naivety into unjudgemental curiosity by taking agency in what I learn about the world (and lowering my anxious resting heart rate); mix of non-fiction and fiction because sometimes novels depict our current world more accurately than a documentary
