If you read these in order, you will know what to expect walking into this. Since I'm not big on insta love, I liked this one better than the last. At one point, April thinks, "This man knows me," and that was obviously more my vibe than falling in love in a week. That being said, there's definitely a bit of an unrealistic progression to their relationship and some very absurd moments. The time jumps were a little crazy—going through 6 or 7 months in less than 50 pages tends to make for a bit of a scattered plot. If you liked the first book, though, you'll probably like this one. Again, it's short enough that you can read it in one very short sitting, and even if it's not your favorite you can be satisfied that you finished a book.
