This is a perfectly adequate leadership book. It doesn't present any new ideas, but it does explain old ideas with clarity and concision.

If you're new to this genre, you'll learn a great deal of good stuff by reading this book. If you're an old hand at this type of thing, you'll still get a solid review of important leadership principles.

In other words, you could do worse.
