The title reminds of me the poem I read titled After Blenheim by Robert Southey.It is about the. Battle of Blenheim.It ended with a similar line ( “But ‘twas a famous victory”)
It exactly is from that Poem! @elfundertheshelf told me about that poem and I love it and she did say a part of it would make a great title for this List! So I am super glad it worked as intended. It just would not fit anymore in the description...
There is just something about the classic poems that hit home. This and The Patriot by Browning are my favourite anti-war poems. I thank my school curriculum everyday ! It has been 12 years. The name I suggested but the list was @ursbear it's a banger and needs to be on here

P. S: I'm just guessing but are you from India / south asia ? Because "class 10th" is usually not a thing outside that to my knowledge ( as in the term I mean)

They would more say Grade 10th I believe (not very sure though), the specific term Class 10th in that exact way is mostly us. Also the same exact poetry curriculum gave it away 😏😭
