Yes one of these is a memoir; the author made me so angry and I'd love to vent to anyone who asks.

Iâm asking about the memoir!!
I read it as a trans man looking into family planning thinking it would be a good resource. The author was very judgemental of anyone who doesn't parent the way he decided to. He was always saying "fed is best", but then bragging about how he would NEVER give his baby formula and that it isn't as good as milk and he couldn't believe some parents would give a baby formula. Basically anytime someone in the book would parent differently he would critique them for it, but then say "I don't judge other parents!"
It was a huge bummer to read a book by trans families for trans families only to feel the judgement in every page for having a differing opinion.
Oh my god well if thereâs one thing Iâve learned itâs that anyone who writes a book about parenting does it because they think theyâre the expert. Lol
