Have you read The Great Derangement by Amitav Ghosh? Reading Ghoshâs essay in The Climate Book made me want to read his book and it gave me a lot to think about!
No! I need to go reread that essay though. I havenât read the book since it came out but it was filled with amazing essays
I need to start going through some of these for sure. Have you read The Heat Will Kill You First by Jeff Goodall? Thatâs truthfully the only book like these that Iâve read so far, Iâm curious if it holds up compared to this list
I read that! itâs pretty solid imo (grad degree in enviro) - my biggest critique was how he mentioned the pandemic in the past tense while COVID continues to spread unmitigated worldwide
ugh that is disappointing
I haven't read it, but I will check it out!
Love this! đ I havenât read it yet, but Whatâs Left by Malcolm Harris might fit?
I haven't heard of it, but I will check it out! thank you
this list makes me think of Biopolitics of the More Than Human by Joseph Pugliese too!
I haven't heard of it, but I will check it out, thank you!
