Books about food or about cooking or even about eating that maybe are not the typical. Basically books that I think my Farm Journal Country Cookbook really wants to not be on the shelf next to.
Not a list of cookbooks from around the world, but definitely a list where an entire cookbook about… cobbler. Just cobbler. Would go.
And there’s two books on here for those who have always wanted a sentient sourdough starter or wheel of cheese.
