Sapphic stories with second chance trope.
About half had either a potential for previous love or a strong attraction which didn't work into a thing back then.
The other half were full on raging love which broke and then they get together again.

I was looking for exactly this, thanks for the list!! Any favorites among these? I’ve only read a few :)
I'm so glad this is useful for you!
I haven't read most of these either, but both in terms of quality of the second chance as well as the overall book, it would be hard to top
I reviewed it.
As a story on its own plus the second chance angst
Other ones I liked, especially in terms of the second chance angst and reconciliation
I've read that these are amazing
HBU?
Thanks for the recs! The only one you mentioned that I’ve read is Make the Season Bright which I did enjoy although I do see people’s point about both of the characters acting really immature. The surprise (to me) mild kink made it much better. One that’s not on here that is sort of second chance is her first book Delilah Green Doesn’t Care, which is probably my favorite of hers. And oh actually her book Dream On, Ramona Riley is second chance and I did like that one as well - this one has even more kink to the point that it’s a part of the plot and that’s not so common in my experience with sapphic books (at least ones that aren’t erotica and make it to audio) so I prize those highly :).
I also liked Kiss Her Once For Me and remember liking Meeting Millie enough to enjoy reading it as well :).
I can't say Delilah Greene is second chance. They never had a mutual attraction growing up. Ramona Riley, sure. Thanks for that.
Regarding Make The Season Bright's immaturity criticism, I'm not impressed.
I liked Kiss Her Once For Me a lot, but it's not my favorite for a second chance, maybe better for the fake dating, not yet anyway. Will reassess after a reread.
Ya totally. Regarding Delilah, I don’t have a strong opinion but I guess it’s interesting to think if second chance has to mean both characters, or if one of them having a previous or lifetime crush and then having a (second?) chance with that person counts. Anyway thanks again for the recs!
Hmmm. Delilah had liked Claire but I didn't think it was a crush. But anyway, you are welcome!
Outside this list, do you have any favorites for sapphic romances, especially second chance ones?
Hmm I feel like most of my faves are the ones I posted under your question about favorite partners in the sapphic across genres quest :). I don’t know that I’ve read any/many others with this trope beyond what we’ve discussed here!
Weirdly I’m only seeing Poppy Jenkins in German at my libraries and on libro.fm even tho I think it was written in English 🤔
Yeah, I emailed the author and the German audiobook has been released but the English one is next year latest
Oh good to know!
