Happy Hunger Games

Books that feature Death Games, like the ones in Suzanne Collins' "Hunger Games" or Koushun Takami's "Battle Royale". Anything where the protagonist - willingly or not - finds themselves in a game/game like trial where they are risking their lives and, in some cases, are expected to kill others as well.
