Great suggestion, but Iâm trying to avoid books mid series. Do you need to read the first 4 books before this one?

Sorry, yeah, I think the overall plot arch is pretty important for this series. There are other times theyâre in Portland, or pass through. FMC is from Portland, but they travel around filming at haunted locations. MMC is from Seattle. So, book one has moments in Portland, and mostly takes place at the Oregon Coast.
