I have been through the Lists. But the manga I just finished reading (Dinosaur Sanctuary) hit such a specific spot for me that I am having a hard time finding something I'd similarly get excited about. So I am asking for recs :)

• low stakes, slice of life
• not romance
• interesting setting / basic concept
• bonus if it involves science in some form
