Each time Dave gave me a new task, I had the sense that he wanted me to fail. But Little Man loved the challenge. Little Man nailed them all.

For me, the show itself was an afterthought. I spent half my day on public transit, and the other half sitting across from Little Man in the office, reading books and reveling in not being at the diner. I checked the clock often, just to think about the meal I wasn’t serving, how sore my feet weren’t, knowing full well I could be back to waitressing in three months.

I understand Raina’s story is Rumpelstiltskin, so he’s doing all the work, but is Raina not at all curious about the editing process herself? LOL

Especially with how much she seems to not want to go back to the diner, like I’d be over there watching “Little Man” the whole time, asking him to teach me so I would actually learn the skill to be able to keep the job.

She really is out there just an observer in her own life letting everyone else do things and making choices for her, like girl where is your agency? 😭
