That story about the squid reminded me of a news article or two I saw many many years ago about a woman who was eating canned tuna and felt a prick in her mouth. And then however long later her mouth swelled like the woman’s in the story and when the doctors cut open her mouth where it was swollen it was a squid. The article called it “pregnant of the mouth” and I have touched canned tuna maybe twice since then.
