This is my first Kingfisher’s book. I have sooooo many of her books in my TBR, but didn’t get to it before now. I knew from previous comments and reviews that those books would be quite a treat to read, but I couldn’t fathom how much. That writing is making me go through such a rollercoaster, as much from the story as from the writing. I just can’t stop… Having said that, I loved that quote, it had me stop and rewind a few times ahah… (listening to the audiobook)
