DNF…I really wanted to finish this and I truly was enjoying it but the never ending sexual assult and abuse that kept popping up has made this too triggering of a book to finish. Alfred and William are also the most reprehensible characters I’ve read in a long time. There wasn’t enough of enjoyable content to outweigh the onslaught of shit

I’m still processing this book, and while short it had a lot of dense material to it. I understand the centa message that wisdom cannot be taught/learned in a sterile setting, rather discovered through living life and making mistakes. I do agree with that sentiment and enjoyed watching Siddartha get there.
There were some major concerns for me though:
I enjoyed this, it made me stretch my brain and truly think about the words I was reading. There were many grammatical and spelling errors in my copy though, which is why I gave the quality such a low score.
