Cosa è successo tra Jesse e Derek e cosa é successo quando hanno arrestato Ted Tennenbaum?!? Sta iniziando a intrigarmi questa lettura

Books that made it on the big screen

I think, like most readers, I prefer reading the book/series that inspires a movie or tv show. Usually I prefer reading the book before seeing a movie if the plot seems interesting! Often, if I find out a movie/tv show is inspired by/based on a book, it makes me want to read the book even more! This is especially true if the show/movie is dissatisfying or a trainwreck (final season of Game of Thrones anyone?)
However. There are some exceptions to this rule. Stephen King, for example. Loveeee Stand by Me, and I read the book it was based on. Loved The Shining, etc etc. But I realized after reading some of his books that I really don't need to read his stuff 😅 i enjoy the adaptations!! Another example is Silence of the Lambs/Hannibal. I loved both the movie and tv show, and I don't think I really care to read the series?
Anyone relate? Thoughts? 😺

No veo la necesidad de que el libro sea así de grueso

This book is a real descovery, i loved every second of it, this is the only book that i’ve read of this author and again i loved every second. The atmosphere, the characters, the twist and the drawings, this book is something else. Of you are looking for a book that combines a fast placed plot with genuine heart and a haunting mystery, look no further.

An introduction to the Thriller genre, these books are part of the cultural zeitgeist or the 'canon' that many would recognize. Look for more niche titles in later Starter Pack volumes.

I really enjoyed this book, it was a light reading, the story captured me really well and the plot twist were good enough for make me think about it. I read that this is a triology which different stories but with the same character, I don’t think I’m going to read the other books even if I appreciate this one

It was ok, I didn’t like how it ended. For 737 pages was a nice and smooth reading

Loved this book, I read the book first and watch the movie later. Hannibal Lecter is an absolute genius and I loved the relationship between Hannibal and Clarice. I think the end of the book was a bit rushed but the suspense during the reading was crazy. Loved it
