I was so excited for this book, it gave me forbidden relationship, age gap, two soft people with darkness lurking in their minds finding love in each other. I think it was a little predictable but I enjoyed the reading a lot, and Luca and Maddox are super cute and amazing to follow.

I reallt wanted to like this book more because it Nash's book, but even if I liked him with Forest the story didn't make me eager as the other three. Forest and Nash deserve the whole world and lots of fun good times.

I liked how there were discussions about ASL, and how excluding the hearing world can be with people that can't hear. Seeing Tameron going from one world to the other - still being able to hear something but slowly losing all - was an interesting take as well as Dayton being the only hearing person in his own family and also having struggled with that but from the other end. Tameron's bi awakening was funny because literally was because of Dayton and The Mummy (1999) lol. They are perfect for each other.

Bean's TBI diagnosis was something that made me so heartbroken and rooting for his happiness that when the sweet Jarek appeared in his life I yelled happily. Jarek understands that Bean needs time, that he needs patience because of his faulty memory and mood swings, and he gives them because he adores Bean - which honestly anyine that loves you should accomodate to your needs. Adored how Zayd was also supportive of all of his employees, as a good boos should be.

Creek and Heath have my heart because they are so chaotic and so messy that I can't help wanting them to be happy together. They both struggle with the same disability, of course due to different contexts but still they are there for each other and understand what the other is going through. They complete each other, Creek being a grump, and Heath being a sunshine.

This book was funny and intense both at the same time, I adored the characters and how Kieran becomes 100% certified lover boy for Haz almost intantly when seeing those puppy eyes. Their relationship starts fast and hard, and things only get intensier as hours pass and people keep trying to kill Haz - but of course his boyfriend/hitman won't let anything happen to his hazzard again.
