Ok but he knew her BEFORE she was kidnapped into slavery?? He saved her FROM it too! Like I'm not seeing the problem here there's no forced power

A very loose (until the end) retelling of Snow White. This story follows Eve, the princess who's enemy is The Knight, a wish granting suit of armor who lives in Howls moving castle. Oh he also had a never aging son named Nova. This story made absolutely no sense but I was here for the ride for the first 200 pages! There was one scene where I was like "wait is that?" Then later was like I WAS RIGHT and then OH WOW I DIDNT MEAN TO BE RIGHT! Let's just say, Grimms fairy tales are Bayron's go to with these! I did not like the characters but loved the dark twist on this classic story!

This is like hunger games mixed with Criers War? Ava Reid did say this is her nod toward hunger games so makes sense. We follow a girl who becomes the prey for a game the entire country watches. The high tech people called Angels hunt them and kill them (the Lambs) for show. This is sapphic and dual POV so we get both girls inputs on the hunt and how the prey vs predator thinks. I disliked the ending so much tho. I hate open ended books because I need an ending like that can't have been it! Ughhhhh That cover is absolutely lovely tho!

OK, so it’s very good so far, but I feel like we are walking in circles I don’t know if it’s too have more contents or something, but we are literally getting love scenes every two pages Sometimes it’s even cringe So maybe something bad is gonna happen. I don’t know. I’m still enjoying the book very much. But I need it to move a little bit faster rn….

Multi POV is hard to understand sometimes! Like I gotta figure out who I'm in the head of when it switches
