How many 2026 releases have you guys read so far if any? Which was your favorite? I've only read 7 but my favorite has to be The Girl with a Thousand Faces!

Hey pagelings ! I bought a new book which made me think ,
Who's your favorite under appreciated author? Like one or a few with less reads on here than popular books
I have a few authors like that. One is Peyton Corrine because there's not that many reviews or anything Unbound it seems . Another is Annie Crown , she wrote a basketball romance called night shift.
If you really wanted to know what book I got during my adventures on Tuesday ( mini library searching and the book I got today, comment down below because some can fit in this category

Hello bookworms, as you can see from the title I’m looking for a very specific type of book.
Ever since I discovered I was aroace (though an oriented aroace) I have been in search of books about lone wanderes. Books that are about a single person (it can be multiple people as well, kind of like Lord of the rings!) that ventures out on a quest/adventure that doesn’t include any type of romance for the main character, (preferably for the major side characters as well if you have anything like it, but no pressure) but just pure, loving platonic relationships, I’ve been trying to find recommendations everywhere but I feel like many websites don’t really come with anything close, the best thing I’ve found so far is “Sword of Shannara” Which I am very interested to read :D (I have heard mixed reviews about it, mainly that it’s just a rip off of LOTR, but I’ll try regardless) so it would help a ton to get some personalised recommendations as well, thank you :D 🪷🌌

Best described as some sort of fever dream. Interesting concepts, but the execution was lacking.

For the past year, I've been thinking about a book that I read as a young teen but I haven't been able to remember enough about it. I could only remember a couple vague details at a time.... fantasy girl, antiheroine, dark powers, not nice dad, a prince? Sometimes I kept getting details mixed up with Veronica Roth's Carve the Mark, so I kept getting confused.
I FINALLY FOUND IT JUST NOW! I finally put enough details together and had enough luck in a google search to realize I've been looking for The Young Elites by Marie Lu 😭😭
Has this ever happened to you?? Tell me about a book that you forgot about, didn't remember enough details to ask for help, but finally found again 🤧
