Iâm currently reading Samuel Butlerâs translation of The Iliad. In the future, I hope to read Emily Wilsonâs translation.
If I were to read the latter after Iâve read the former, is there a way to mark them as two different books or, will it be considered a re-read?
Apologies if anybody else has already asked this question. But itâs troubling me since I got Samuel Bulterâs translation first, before Emily Wilsonâs came out, and Iâm really curious about it.

For people that thrift, how do you personally go about it?
I get the majority of my books off of Thriftbooks, I know some people have had bad experiences with them but I personally have only ever gotten one book that wasn't the quality described, and when I contacted them they immediately sent me a replacement, so I like them a lot.
I wish I had thrift stores near me that had books I would actually want to read, not much in terms of speculative fiction around here đ
I've tried looking at Pangobooks, but it kind of intimidates me idk why đ I feel like the website never works well for me and feels unintuitive, have any of you tried it and liked it?

I have no idea how to review this book in a way that does true justice to it.
It's a brilliant collection of short stories full of powerful and thought-provoking themes, especially regarding disability, and told with a healthy dose of the mystical and the magical.

Hey bookish people!
I'm looking for help finding books with protagonists (or other prominent characters) who are either clearly stated to be and/or who are clearly written to be non-binary, gender fluid, gender queer, agender, or any other beautiful type of gender non-conforming/genderlessness.
Whilst books for all ages are appreciated, I'd especially love some recommendations suitable for 13 to 15 year olds (I think that equates to middle school in the US?).
All genres welcome!
