ReRead Sooooooo. I don’t know if it was the audiobook or if I have changed but my gosh, this just was not it the second time around. I loved it when I first read it a couple years ago but this time was such a struggle. I don’t know if it was the characters this time around after reading the rest of the series or really the whole plot point because honestly. I think that was what I was most annoyed with. The only saving grace with the audio was Adrain. It was so nice to have a voice with one of my favorites. 💜

Ok. This one was fantastic. I loved how we got a whole book that was a flashback and we finally got some explanation on Lia and Adrain’s history. My god, this book, I couldn’t put down and I needed to know what was going to happen. I had a bad gut feeling something big happened to make Lia not like ballet and stop it but I had no idea why and honestly my heart hurts for her. My heart hurt so bad when she was in the hospital because she felt like she didn’t have a life anymore because her one purpose was snatched away from her. The also gave some more understanding with thier relationship and why Adrian treated her the way he did and why he became obsessed. I always love seeing the back story, especially with characters in this universe. I did not expect for things to take the turn they did and we ended up how did in book 1. That is what got me. My heart broke for Lia in the end and I understand why she did it. Somtimes it is the only way out when you feel suffocated. But then seeing how Adrian reacted is what made me love him even more. He was not gonna let her go no matter what and would always protect her even if it was from himself. I cannot wait to see where this goes.

When I tell you I have no words. Ok. So. I started the Rinaverse backwards sk I knew these two had a hard past. But my gosh I did NOT expect it to be this. When I tell you I was so damn concussed when I started this book. There was no lie. I had no idea what was going on and what was happening and I had to second guess myself. This book we follow Adrian and Winter and the rollaecoaster that is this book had me asking what the hell was going on at least 20 times. Winter randomly bumps into Adrian one day walking on the streets and from there it’s history. Adrian wants Winter to come live with him and well become his wife after something happens with him and well, they look exactly alike and from there, the adventure begins. That one little question. The ending of this book was, well, my jaw dropped because I kinda figured out what was going on and then it was confirmed. I’m so invested in this trilogy already and can’t wait to see what the hell happens next.
