I really enjoyed this book, and I found it to be incredibly cute, but I just couldn't commit to a full 5 stars like I normally would with a cheesey sweet romance. I thought all of the characters were so fun, and fairly well rounded, but I just couldn't get over the fact that these three lifelong besties (Astrid, Claire, and Iris) weren't capable of having an honest conversation with each other! Believe me I understand how hard it is to tell someone you hate their significant other, but the way they decide to team up with Delilah to try and sneakily get the wedding called off, rather than just having a heart to heart with Claire, came off as a bit childish. All that said, I have a serious crush on these characters, and I will be continuing the series. 💖

  • Your First Reading Memory

I have read so many books and witnessed a thousand lives. I loved reading since I was very little. I believe I am who I am because of this.

That being said, I am curious of when your first memory of reading was. Or if you started reading later in life, what was it that finally drew you in?

I was 5 in my first memory. It is of my dad, with his limited English, reading “Are you my Mother?”. We only owned three books and I would make him read those books every night.
