Silk & Iron was spellbinding. The world building was so smooth and vivid, it felt like you were inside the book. Interesting magic, amazing creatures, morally grey men, badass FMC, gothic setting, political intrigue, what more could you want? I could not put it down!

The story was intense from the first page, and had me giggling like a little girl throughout the slow burn. The political aspect of this story dragged me in, and had me rooting for my favourite characters. The twists throughout and the cliffhanger at the end were excellent. I actually felt my heart sink when I turned the page and there was nothing left. I do hope we get to see book 2 soon!

One of my favourite things and least favourite thing in this series is how short the books are, they have you longing for more, yet it takes nothing away from the story. Dana's writing is so polished yet raw that you can't help but get caught up in it. The suspense hits you from the first page. Instantly drawing you in.

The twist in this book was incredible, so unexpected yet completely delicious. 10/10 smut as usual, sexy, suspenseful and downright dirty! The perfect ending to the series.

This book had me enticed from the second I saw the gorgeous cover, it really is beautiful! Then I opened the book and was sucked in instantly. I read it in one sitting it had its claws in me that deep. The way it was written made it so easy to read, everything felt natural, the pacing, the emotions that you can actually feel as if they were your own, the smut that didn't seem forced. It was perfect.

I loved how the FMC was vulnerable and relatable through her trauma, as someone with PTSD it hit very close to home, her behaviours and personality reflect trauma responses so well. The MMC well, how could you not love him! A true "only gentle for her" type. The whole fated mates meets forbidden love trope was deliciously sinful.

I really enjoyed this story and am a little gutted I waited so long to start it. All that could make this better is a side story giving Patrick his happy ever after!

Sinful Secrets was pure perfection. The story was gripping and had me hooked.l despite being on the shorter side. The smut was... Wow. SPICY! A real accurate, healthy representation of BDSM. The ending had me on edge, the suspension fueling me to push on and abandon sleep. So many surprises and twists keeping the story alive and heated. Ava was written so well, she wasn't the perfect heroine we are used to but she wasn't helpless either. She carries her heart on her sleeve and would sacrifice anything to save the people she loves. You fall in love with her very early in the book. The villains were well written too, the kind you truly hate!

If you love touch her and die MC vibes with a touch of mafia and a really sweet HEA this book is perfect for you!

I found this book quite intense when I first opened it, there are a lot of pronunciations and such to take in, however the story quickly takes over and puts you at ease. It's a gripping tale that leaves you smiling to yourself. There is a lot of information and twists and turns thoughout, at some points I did get a little confused but as I pushed on the more it all started making sense.

The unique magic system and deepening politics through the book made for an intense story that I couldn't tear myself away from. I really enjoyed the portrayal of the creatures in this book and I would love to see more from other houses with the other creatures mentioned!

All I can say is, if you have a praise kink and love the reverse harem trope you need to pick this up ASAP! The nicknames just melt my heart, the amount of adoration is perfection.
