This was cute I thoroughly enjoyed this. I don’t get why people don’t like these books? I’m definitely reading the next one with fern

This book made me dicscover that my love for meticulous monotony and task based things isn’t just for the waking world but also for books. I absolutely love the improvements to the shops and the little outings they do and meeting all the new people it’s so fun. Loved it and will be looking for more books like this

Ok one of my new favorite genres is cozy fantasy but SPECIFICALLY ones where there’s just a bunch of side quests. Like they’re working towards something monotonous and having a time while doing it. I loved how in the first book the side goal was to keep upgrading the kitchen and now here we keep improving the shop. Are there any other books like that??

I don’t think this is my style of book but it was alright. It was only about 2 hours long so I followed through.

I liked the stories of the cat but I didn’t exactly he what this book was about. At certain times the author went on tangents on things that seemed irrelevant but I think this is a sort of biography so maybe it works. The ending made it seem like there was about to be a greater realization and it upsetted me a bit that it was brought up with no real conclusion to that train of thought, but an alright book all in all

    Well this was interesting

I was mainly confused throughout this book. I didn’t really understand a good few parts of it but I didn’t find it captivating in a way. I loved how our mc acted and their demeanor, I loved the mythology that was discussed, I love how they said “my plague doctor,” and I loved the deeper meanings and underlying messages about religion and their cultish bases. It’s a good book I would say, I simply found it lackluster
