Hello beautiful people ! I recently realised that my younger sister read books that, in my eyes, are wayyyy too explicit for a 13 years old (ie Not in love by Ali Hazelwood). I have no control over what she reads but do you have romance recommendations that are more teen friendly ? I am also curious about when people encounter spicy books because for for me 16 to 18 would be a better age to start.

Hiya ! I havenât read Check and Mate in a long time (probably since it was published). However I have a young sister inquiring about reading it. In my mind itâs a YA book that isnât explicit but maybe a tad allusive. So I would like to call on more recent readers⊠If you could give me a age range to which you would start to recommend it to ?

I didnât really enjoy better than the movies but Iâm a huge Haiden Henderson fan and he kept posting about this book so Iâll give lynn painter another try. Better than the movies was a huge hit with me mostly because the fmc was really cringey and I couldnât get over it, hopefully I have more luck with liking this book.

The Austen works I have read are Pride and Prejudice and Emma, and I am now obviously reading Sense and Sensibility. I have noticed that in all of these books, there is a youngest sister who is barely mentioned! Is there a historical reason for this?

At first I thought "Rhys" was like 'reese' but then I saw Rhysand, and that feels more like 'Rye-sand' not "reese-and'. Help lol

Happy pride month! In honor of that, tell me your favorite LGBTQ+ characters! Mine is Ganymedes "Dee" Piscero from The Voyage of the Damned by Frances White. I think most people see him as bi but I claim him as pan for me honestly. He's lowkey just like me, he's fat, thinks everyone is hot and wants to hit on everyone. I love him so much.
