It was okay. I think if I was younger I would have enjoyed it more, but I found it so lacking. The plot in itself is okay, but the execution is very underwhelming. It was simple, which is not necessarily bad, but both characters and plot lacked depth, which resulted in unrealistic behaviors and "conflicts" resolving too easily.

Am I the weird one for finding weird in a book about magic and sirens for teenagers that a peasant girl would treat disrespectfully a prince with no regard for consecuences the very first moment they met or that the Prince would take it like it's the most normal thing ever?
