    Try to read this book

This book contains techniques of speaking when you are put on the spot. It explains how we react when we are put on the spot he guides us every step of the way of how to be a spontaneous speaker a speaker who speaks naturally with his audiences and answer on the spot, 37 pages in and I learned and implemented Matt Abraham's techniques while I'm speaking and its effective overall and he will make you realize how the society manipulates you that your speaking is already ok for example silence , often mistaken for awkwardness but its actually effective while your communicating. There are habits that we normally do that is bad and there is myths (TED Talks are the standard when communicating with your audiences) that people that still think and do this day that quietly crushes our communication skills and our confidence to speak. So give this book a try

Reading is for Everyone, It's Just About the Topic or the Genre Of The Story

At First, I thought reading is a performative trait that get the girls or reading is for smart people only. When I was a kid, I am more interested at the visuals of the book rather than the plot of the story or the text. And I discovered that you are not reading a book because you are not interested in the topic of that specific book. For example, a story in the middle of an academic book that your teacher asked to read and understand but you feel overwhelmed because there is too many words atleast 3=4 pages worth of words. Then the topic is not that interesting either, you like rom-com movies but the topic of the story is about how action movie works, so you still forced yourself to read it and you will struggle to understand the story and not enjoy the story because in the first place, you are not Interested in action movies. My point is, To enjoy reading that you do not feel performative when you're on public, you need to find a book that align with your interest to enjoy reading because reading can help you internally ( Mind, Cognitive Thinking, Good mindset, etc.) and externally ( Your confidence, The way you talk, The way you applied the lessons of the story in real life, etc.) to grow and appreciate life. This is just My Opinion or this is the sign to start reading what you love:)
