This is a 3.5 ⭐ for me. It was gripping in moments, I was intrigued from the first chapter but I did find that it dipped a little in the middle. I also found Lucy (main character/narrator) a little annoying if I'm honest but not enough for me to dislike the book. Although I did guess the twist which is very surprising for me because I never guess the twists in thrillers 🙈😂

Before now I was a little unsure what I was feeling. I was intrigued but was still on the fence.
I have to say now I am in it. I have been pulled into the story and I am now really enjoying it. I'm so happy that I have stuck with the book and now have become fully immersed in the story.

I started this book a couple years ago via audiobook and couldn't seem to connect with it. I dnf'd and wasn't sure if I would ever pick it up again.
However I hear sooo many people rave about this book I decided to give it another chance however I am reading it on my kindle this time. I feel like I am slowly getting into it. I love the premise of this book, I find it so interesting. I think I'm taking a little time connecting with the writing but so far I am intrigued.

Probably more of a 3.75 but rounded up to a 4.
I have always wanted to read Frankenstein. A gothic classic that everyone has heard of. And I have to say I enjoyed it. I don't know if I can say it's my favourite book of all time, or even this year but I did enjoy it. I loved the build up, I listened via audiobook and I felt the narrator did this perfectly. I felt like I should be reading this on Halloween night with a thunderstorm outside 🙈😂 This book has made my intrigue to read more classics thrive again!

This is my second book from Liz Nugent and once again I thoroughly enjoyed the read. This is a great thriller that keeps you hooked into the story and wanting to keep reading to find out how it ends.
