I picked up this book after a recommendation and wow I was not disappointed. This book was dark, creepy, put me on edge and kept me wanting to read more.

It definitely won't be for everyone with the pretty dark topics. I loved how the story came from the girl, explaining what she had been through and what the other girls had been through.

Like I've said it's a pretty dark twisted read but so captivating at the same time.

This wasn't a favourite one of mine. Personal preference the narration is in Second Person Narrative and I am not keen on that. Found it kept bringing me out of the story.

I liked this story, Julie Clarks writing was really good and I felt for a short story that was a lot of character development which I feel can be unusual for a short story. A story of motherly love and obsession that twisted in the end.

A good start to this Amazon Originals Short story collection. I really enjoy Nita Proses writing and look forward to exploring more of it after reading this and The Maid.
