4.25 stars This was so cute! This is an amazing book if you just want some good vibes and a nice hug.
The art style is amazing, like so beautifully done. Raquel Travé is insanely talented, I can just keep staring at the drawings for days. The characters are adorable and sweet. Luci is adorable and obviously very invested in her bookstore, August the best bestie anyone can wish for and his t-shirts! And then we have Aster the beautiful barista. Ugh they are all so cute!
This is the definition of a feel good romance. It's cosy, it's sweet, it's supportive. They face some challenges but they do it together. Amanda Lovelace really got you covered if you need some softness in your live!
And the dragons!!! I want them!
Thank you NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for giving me an arc. But my opinions like my spelling mistakes are my own.

I liked this. It was a fun story to listen too while gaming. It had nice characters, loved the small town setting. The characters where fun and lot of them queer and there where really funny events where Eleanor and Dani hang out. I also love the approach to the sex scenes but also talking about making sure everyone is enjoying the sex and conversations about that. I think that is really important and love it when it is a topic of conversation in books.
Also the small hints of character growth was really cute to notice. So yeah I enjoyed this, I think it's a really nice read for people who love small town romance and the city person falling in love with town life trope.

Okay, this was so much fun to read! The pace stayed consistent wich made it really nice to read and follow. I liked the characters but I do wish we got to know them a little more, I don´t feel like I had enough time with them. As a d&d player, the story read like a short campaign, and the little twists kept coming and kept me up till 3 cause I could not stop reading.
I really recommend this to people who love a cosy fantasy with a sapphic romance!
Thank you to the publisher and netgalley for the arc! But my opinions are my own.
