Have you read other Austen books or classics in general? If not, the style and pacing could be a challenge. I just thought of an idea: you could combine watching the 1995 BBC mini series (all in all it’s 6 hours) with reading the according chapters beforehand. That way you wouldn’t have to read it all the way through before getting more visual information! If you’re into it, I’d recommend reading the following chapters and then watching the according episode: Vol I: Ch 1-10 - ep 1 Ch 11-20 - ep 2 Ch 21- Vol II Ch 11 - ep 3 Ch 12- Vol III Ch 1 - ep 4 Ch 2-9 - ep 5 Ch 10-19 - ep 6
