What an excellent book! Also Russell Tovey‘s narration is one of a kind, I never knew he was able to portray so many different voices, he is truly talented!

This was a very engaging book and although it was reference so often, I still found myself at the edge of my seat at all times wondering what is happening next. Lord Henry is probably my favourite character from many of the books I read recently. Every sentence he speaks can be an iconic quote on its own!

“I admit that I think that it is better to be beautiful than to be good, but on the other hand, no one is more ready than I am to acknowledge that it is better to be good than to be ugly”

130+ years since this book was published and this still applies in British society
