Personally, the perfect audiobook speed for me is 1.5x but when I’m really in the zone I like to go to 2x. My husband’s is a strict 1x and I have a coworker who only listens to her audiobooks on 2x speed! I was just curious to see what other people’s perfect audiobook speeds are!

this is very random, but has anyone else thought about the fact that since annabeth was at camp year round from ages 7-12, she wouldn’t have received any traditional mortal education from grades like 2-6? I know she’s a child of athena and she is very intelligent, but don’t you think she would have seriously struggled going back to school when she went to san francisco to live with her dad? those are very formative years in terms of education. and that’s before even mentioning her ADHD and dyslexia? girl must have STRUGGLED. and then she missed half of (8th?) grade too during the titan’s curse

I just started this book and I already know I'm gonna LOVE ITTTT I'm reading this book in Spanish (my first language) and I think it's the first time I see gender neutral pronouns being used in a Spanish book and it makes me so happy 😭
