The Subtle Knife is an amazing second book, we're introduced to new characters, the world is developed so much further and plot points start to have answers being given.
I was hooked, and listened to this in 2 parts because I couldn't stop listening once it was one (other than when it had to be ripped away from me).
The world is amazing, I love the relationship between science and fantasy in this world and how that's influenced religion and politics and world perspectives. Different people interpret the same information differently.
There are rich themes throughout the novel. And once again this is a book for adults and young people alike.
I want the third book now but I don't get it from my library until September. This could be a must read series by the time I'm finished.
