Thank you to Andrew McMeels Publishing for an early look. So adorable and uplifting. This book acknowledges the difficulty of certain emotions and validates that feeling those emotions is natural and not some to be fixed or remedied, but to be lived through. It acknowledges the light at the end of the tunnel that can be sadness and depression, without the shameful rhetoric and toxic positivity. Everyone needs this book in their house to just open up to a page when they are feeling down for encouragement. The drawings are adorable as well.

A great combo of the rom-com, thriller, and mystery genres. The characters are fun and well thought out. The plot twists are just twisting enough that you don't see them coming but they still make plenty of sense. Overall an enjoyable read that was hard to put down to the end and such a fun and unique premise.
