We all debate about first person versus third person but can we aaaaaaaall agree that we hate the second person narration? I get the intention and I get the purpose but I'll just say it, I hate reading it đ

This seemed the much better for for me vs whateverthehellitis that adult books with this trope be out there doing. đŤŁ

As much as I hated this for the first 40%, I begrudingly was on-board for the rest of the book. However easy it is to decipher the plot, and where this is going, I'll probably finish this series when the next books are released.

Finding a typo in a book is on my short list of reasons to DNF. Especially when itâs names, because it confuses the reader. Is it Leira or Leila? CâmonâŚ

I am really struggling to get into this. Our main character has apparently so much baggage, which we barely get to know about. The "sick sibling"-trope is milked dry, and so far none of the characters have really made an impact. It just feels like generic booktook-fodder.
