It takes it time to set up the well thought out world. Setting the stage for a young wizard to be confronted by something and the need to be smart and grow. I found some passage very funny. I really liked the story but it also felt a bit lengthy to me. (maybe it did not immerse me enough) In the future I will read arc 2.

It was nice to read how the story carried on for a bit. But there was to much smut in it for my taste.

It was a fun story to read. The beginning felt a little weird for me when she met her love interest. Also the pacing can switch any moment in the story from ghost story to romance and vice versa. It made it quite the experience. But I really love how there is a mystery to solve in the book with the romance.

I really like the story. The hint of fantasy. The different cultures coming together. The sarcastic main character. Unfortunately I needed a dictionary next to me to fully understand the story. There were a lot of difficult words.
