hngngh.. the music was banger but the people were broken. and in the end, that’s what makes the music good, right?
i really loved the interview structure. it made the issues between the characters so much tastier, especially when they all told the story slightly differently.

one of my favourite books of all time. story, atmosphere, setting, and the character of Piranesi (/not Piranesi) are all perfect. an incredible exploration of being at home in the World.

first time i’ve ever read a historical mystery novel, and it was really good! as a whole, crime and mystery are my least favourite genres because the characters are usually pretty weak, but i really liked the cast of this one. falco is a fun narrator and i enjoyed the plot for the most part — i just got a little lost in places, so it isn’t quite a five star story.
