This was a tough read, so much pain, trauma and just misunderstandings of culture. Stuck between trying to keep the Palestinian traditions and culture alive but in a country that doesn't practice that. I really enjoyed the fact that we got to see the 3 different generations and how it fully tied together at the end. While it was a tough read due to some of the content it was still a really good book.
