Okay Iâm only 30% in but⌠itâs just not hitting for me? Itâs also giving me some Atlas Six vibes where itâs almost too smart and I feel like it takes away from the story. Does it get better because Iâm in danger of DNFing?

I personally donât think iâve ever even really attempted to read more than one book at a time, other than if i was reading one for school and a different one for pleasure. I find iâm the type of person who likes to set my full focus on one book and finish it before i start the next, which helps motivate me a lot when there are books that i find are progressing a bit slower. Kind of like when people give themselves a reward for studying a certain amount of time haha.
On that same note, I also donât think iâve ever DNFâed a book before. Iâve seen some people say that life is too short and that there are too many books to read to get stuck on 1, but so far I just havenât been able to give up, because I like the idea of finishing a task way too much. Especially if I really donât like the book, iâll just tend to read through it quicker and shit on it after lol
What have been your experiences?

Morally grey or straight up baddies? A collection of books written from a villainous/morally grey POV. Only the first book from a series is included.

Whether you love to hate or hate to love 'em, these literary bad girls are anything but well-behaved. *Disclaimer: we do not literally support the illegal and oft cruel behavior of these protagonists (usually); we support the authors bold enough to write them (always).

She would not mind so much, MarĂa's mother, if the hair were honey coloured, or earthy, even auburn, but such an angry shade of red, she says, is a bad omen
Not even a whole page in and I'm being attacked! It seems ginger slander is embraced throughout the centuries. đĽ˛
