Kept me guessing the whole time, and even when I thought I had it, I didn't. I don't know if it was intentional, but it felt very "unreliable narrator," and I loved it even more!

As always, I love the Crowns of Nyaxia series. More so on the series and on the book. I do love how there is a smaller story that is separated from the main storyline to kind of give you a break from the characters. I loved their relationship throughout the book and this really did feel like an enemies to lovers without them falling in love within the first two chapters. Very excited to start this next duet!

As always, love The Never After series. The ending felt a little bit rushed, but I have absolutely no complaints. I don't even really know what trope to call this but it was great

It took me a while to get into (purely for the fact that I was reading a lot of intense fantasy), but when I was in it, I was in it. The characters were relatable. I did struggle sometimes with figuring out where/when we were, but it was still good to read. I'm excited to see where the next one goes.

I did enjoythe story, and it was a good break from some of the other heavier books I have been reading. Nothing massive stood out. I did really enjoy Morty as a character, but not for the (lack of) nonbinary representation.

The small town romance of my dreams. The anxiety was so accurate (as someone who experiences it themselves within relationships) which was amazing. I want a Sawyer in my life. The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't buy the next two books 😭

It is absolutely criminal that I have to wait for the next one. I wish I had watched/read and overview of the other two books prior to reading this one to give me a fresher look on some of the characters that were reintroduced in this book. But as always I really enjoyed this book and series.
